Agreeing to these terms

Resort ID (resortid.com) is operated by Residential Brokers, a licensed California real estate brokerage: Joseph Daniel Melara, Broker, DRE #01819760, 77564 Country Club Dr, Suite 226, Palm Desert, CA 92211. By visiting or using Resort ID, creating an account, or sending us a form or message, you agree to these terms.

What we collect

What you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, messages, tour requests, reviews, photos, videos and recordings. How you use the site, such as the pages and homes you view, your searches, the homes you save, the emails you open and the links you click in them, your device and how you arrived. Our calls, texts and emails with you, and your conversations with our voice assistant. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To answer you and help you buy, sell or rent; to show you homes and places you may like; to run, improve and protect the site; to keep business records; and to contact you, as described below.

Calls, texts and email

When you give us your phone number or email, you agree that Resort ID may call, text and email you about your request and about homes, including new listings and price changes, which may be sent using automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying or renting. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop texts at any time; every email has an unsubscribe link. Calls may be recorded. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The voice assistant

Resort ID's voice assistant is an automated, artificial-intelligence assistant, not a person. By using it you agree that what you say and its replies are recorded, transcribed and kept by Resort ID, processed by the service providers that run it, and reviewed by our team so we can help you and follow up. Recordings and transcripts are kept as business records. Its answers come from listing information and may contain mistakes; confirm anything that matters to you with an agent.

Videos, recordings and what you post

Reviews, photos, videos, voice recordings and messages you share stay yours, and you let us store, review, use and show them on Resort ID. Anything you record or upload may be reviewed by our team, and we may edit, decline or remove it. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or not yours to share.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run Resort ID for us (such as hosting, email, texting, calling, maps and the voice assistant), with the agents who help you, or when the law requires it. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us and nothing more.

Your choices

You can update your details, unsubscribe, or reply STOP at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your browsing until you sign in; we do not respond to Do Not Track. To have your account and what is in it deleted, email Info@ResortID.com. We keep information only as long as we need it, and some records, such as a STOP, where the law asks us to.

Home information

Listings come from the multiple listing service and other sources and are believed reliable but not guaranteed; confirm anything that matters to you. Nothing on the site is an appraisal, an offer, or legal, tax or financial advice, and using it does not make you our client; that takes a written agreement.

Using the site fairly

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or interfere with how it runs. We may close an account that misuses it.

Fair housing

Residential Brokers supports equal housing opportunity and serves everyone without discrimination.

Limits and changes
